PERC runs a popular not for profit TOY LIBRARY Drop-In service. We have a wide range of toys and equipment to suit all children from birth to14 years old.

Offers families and child carers in Liverpool an exciting and inexpensive way to ensure children get access to a variety of play and educational materials at little or no charge.

Collect and hire toys anytime.
Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm
from as little as £2.90 for six weeks hire!

Our Toy Library also provides a fantastic equipment loan service. We can offer double buggies, safety gates, bumbo seats etc. for a very small hire fee.
