Here at PERC we pride ourselves on employing highly qualified, friendly staff who value each child as an individual.

PERC has over 25 years experience in the childcare sector and we have recently extended our Nursery to keep up with demand for places.  PERC offers flexible childcare for children aged       0-5 yrs. Our location on the outskirts of Liverpool City Centre means we are accessible for parents working, living or training in the city. The Royal Liverpool Hospital, Universities and shopping areas are all within easy walking distance.

Opening Times and Costs

The nursery is open 8am till 6pm Monday to Friday. We are open for 52 weeks of the year with the exception of all public Holidays.

PERC Day Nursery accepts all childcare voucher schemes and parents may be able to claim Tax Credits to help with fees. The nursery manager can discuss these at the time of application if required.

PERC also participates in the NEF 3 year old grant offering 15 hours free childcare a week.

PERC offers excellent and affordable childcare. Our location close to Liverpool City Centre makes PERC Day Nursery very convenient and highly accessible for parents.

• Our recently extended nursery means we can now offer 38 full time places to children aged   0-5 yrs.
• Our Pre- school room has recently been extended to include direct access throughout the day to our Outdoor Garden Area.
• A well equipped and inviting Baby Room. Our baby room staff are highly trained in the care and well being of babies including SIDS training.
• Spacious Toddler Room with touch screen TV.
• Our secure outdoor play area has a newly fitted Sun Awning to ensure protection from the sun and to allow children to enjoy fresh air in all weathers.
• Fully equipped rooms with extensive resources to cater for the needs of each child
• Full and Part Time Places on request (subject to availability)

Staff Qualified and Trained above recommended levels: 

• All staff hold First Aid Certificates
• All staff hold current Safeguarding Children Training.
• Manager has Foundation Degree in Early Years Management and is working towards Early Years Professional Status
• Over half of the staff hold NVQ IV certificates in Early Years -99% of staff hold recognised Childcare qualifications (recommended levels are 50%)
• 98% hold NVQ III Childcare and Education.
• 2 staff hold NVQ III qualifications in Early Years Foundation Stage.
